BRIEF in brief: Silver Leaf is a comfort food garden bistro and catering service. Our selection is varied and includes dishes such as shepherd's pie, gourmet sandwiches, healthy fruit juices and smoothies, non-alcoholic cocktails, specialty cakes lamb, chicken and seafood dishes, and signature sauces, all of which have an 'African' twist. We use natural organic and homegrown ingredients from our vegetable garden. Our comfort food is for the discerning foodie - looking for simple food with unforgettable flavour. Our cakes use premium ingredients and we pride ourselves in low-sugar, honey and agave syrup desserts.
